Description
In Bever there is a unique opportunity to purchase three connected plots. The total sales volume comprises three plots covering 4,354 m² featuring five buildings with 1–3 floors.
Originally built as a farmhouse more than one hundred years ago, the site has continuously been adapted over the years. A master builder has been based here for many years now and has set up a joinery, along with a canteen and accommodation. A modern showroom was added for the joinery in 2010.
The total usable floor space is 2,931 m², whereby 2,238 m² is main floor space (MFS) and 693 m² is ancillary floor space(AFS).
• 1,365 m² commercial space
• 340 m² apartments (second homes)
• 532 m² rooms
The commercial space is currently being used by a joinery and features an office, a warehouse and a large showroom. There is also a canteen in the main building with accommodation above (rooms and apartments). On the ground floor facing Via Maistra is a bar. All spaces are currently leased and the businesses are well established in the village. Further accommodation as well as storage space are available in a separate building.
The plots and properties are currently owned by a company and are only available for purchase as a whole. The transaction process will involve a bid procedure.
Engadin REM-AG has been exclusively commissioned with the sale of the three plots and looks forward to receiving your offer.

Situation
The municipality of Bever is a typical Engadin community with around 600 inhabitants. It is considered the fairy-tale Engadin village par excellence. The impressive church tower is the local landmark. While the origin of the name “Bever” is unknown, it is speculated that it could be traced back to the Gallic word “Beveros” meaning beaver. This would certainly be very apt, for this small mountain community nestles amidst untouched natural surrounds. Bever borders on the beautiful Val Bever and is a popular starting point for romantic winter hikes, cross-country skiing and sledging adventures, hikes and bike tours. Alpine skiing can be enjoyed in the nearby winter sports areas. Tasty meals are offered in the local hotels and restaurants.
